Product Return Policy
All products can be returned within 07 (seven) days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Damage/Dead on Arrival
- Manufacturing defect/Expired Product
- In-correct product.
GNFC courier partner will pick up product from your doorstep.
However locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive the item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on policies of your bank / card issuer / wallet.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can submit any cancellation via e-mail to email@example.com describing issues with order/item.
You may cancel your order anytime before we start fulfilling it, i.e. any time before your order is shipped from our end.
Once an order is fulfilled you will receive a shipping confirmation email (with subject: Package Order # Shipped) from GNFC Ltd. confirming the shipping details of your order. Order cancellation will only be accepted before you receive this Package Shipped email from us.
